Winter Sports

To help keep things running smoothly, please remember that each sport is a separate fundraiser for its program.


Please place separate orders for each sport. Ordering multiple sports in one transaction may cause delays and impact the fundraising efforts for each team. Thank you for your support and for helping us keep everything organized!

Orders will have a two-week turnaround time after the final order is submitted. Please note that orders over 200 items or those with embroidery may experience delays and could take up to four weeks for completion. 

A flat $50 art fee applies for converting artwork to a print-ready format. If we’re designing from scratch, the fee is currently $50, which includes two revisions. Additional changes will be $15 per revision. Prices are subject to change.

TK Sports Gear Online team orders have been approved to be delivered directly to the school or coach for pickup. A note will be included on the school’s online form stating that all items must be picked up at the school or from the coach. All payments must be made in full online—orders will not be submitted or fulfilled without payment.

 

Business Orders Businesses may submit orders with either a 50% deposit at the time of order and the remaining balance due at pickup, or they may choose to pay in full upfront.
